Induction Melting systems with highly energy efficient furnaces of 1 to 10 kgs capacity for melting Steel, Iron, Copper, Brass and for various precious metals. Small melting units with power ratings ranging from 5 kw to 250kw are fully integrated systems comprising of a Power supply unit, a Hand operated tilting furnace and a cooling water unit all fitted together on a single frame. These integrated melting systems are designed for melting small metal samples in Mini-steel plants to ascertain its composition of charge prior to loading it into the furnace and for melting small chunk of metal from the runners/risers or a part of casting itself to confirm the composition of the casting in Foundries.
